Greetings, Ashtar here. As most of you are aware, there is a lot of activity happening with your sun, and before next we speak there will be a 12th dimensional portal opening concurrent with the solar eclipse on May 20th, which will continue until your next month of June. We understand that this sun activity can be disruptive to your physical body, however, the accompanying solar winds are a stream of consciousness which is a blessing to you in your awakening process, so we hope all of you will see it as such and give thanks for the blessings provided. Because of the powerful energies being released at this time, we are asking the Eagles to spend the next TWO weeks engaged in the following meditation, which should provide some stabilization to your electromagnetic grids.

Before beginning your meditation, you are asked to connect to what we have termed the God/Source Grid * for, ultimately, this is the `origins' of the energies being sent to Earth from the Great Central Sun.

* God/Source Grid: The Source/God Grid: It is a Grid established by your conscious acknowledgment that `Something BIG' is coming. You can't quite describe it or put your finger on `what' that `something' is but you feel it throughout every cell of your Being. That `something', that Energy, that you feel to be coming is, my friends, quite simply `Creator' or `God', however you wish to express it. And so it is this Source Grid or God Grid to which you are connected, and it is your conscious connection to this grid that helps ease the integration of its Energies into the mass consciousness of Earth humanity.

This Grid contains, among many other qualities and attributes, the energies of `excitement', joy, peace, and trust. So let these magnificent frequencies fill your body and come to anchor in your heart.

Now, for the three segments of your meditation:

First, you are to send these energies from the God Grid to the electromagnetic grid of your planet,

Secondly, to the Crystal Kingdom of your planet,

Thirdly, you are to send the energy of Love to your sun.

And we suggest once again that each of you intend to remain connected to the God Grid as your go about your daily activities, for there are no energies that are more powerful, more stabilizing, more calming and peaceful. So buckle up, as you say, and enjoy the ride! I AM Ashtar, along for the ride, along for the love. Salut!
