This makes me speculate that some alien race has the ability to send us inspirations.
The lady who made many healing devices one of which is my Violet Ray I bought from her. She said Nicola Tesla visited her in her dreams and taught her to make these things although at the time she did not know who he was.
Couple to that the alien interview where the alien talk of "walk ins" who possess our earthly biological bodies in order to give us leap years in information, and that Nicola Tesla was one of those that was actually an alien conciousness working through a human, then it figures that he as an alien can visit and educate people the same way Mr Hawkings and David Adair were visited.
