Just realized that this 'news' is almost 6 months old, but still relevant because results of the trial will be forwarded to the ICC, and today President reinstated membership in the International Criminal Court, rescinded by Bush II in 2003 by executive order so that the US could initiate an unprecedented pre-emptive attack on Iraq, which has left one million widows and 2-3 million orphans in Iraq according to one posted comment. The Washington Post reported this conviction at the time. Bush II is in Paraguay at last report. President Bush Sr. tried to prevent the attack in 2003, but advisors Cheney, Rumsfeld, et al. prevailed.
