Nice find ! I've been waiting for the aerial shots of this one, and it certainly hasn't disappointed.

Fractals is the thing that comes to mind.

interesting this is being posted...something made me want to look at crop circle connector last night to see if anything interesting had shown up yet...and since there wasn't much in England yet I did find this Italian one, it is beautiful..

What is that small circle and line?......I hope I am wrong about this, but for me, it 

reminds me of the sun enlarging...

Beautiful ! Thanks for the post. On the second picture there appears to be a small glyph that reminds me of a key. Is that part of the crop circle, I am wondering.

Everything in our Universe is expanding so why not the sun too! :) Expanding doesn't mean a bad thing.

For as facinating as it is I am suprised to see so much irregularity about it.  Most that I have seen were much closer to near perfect symetry as compared to this one.   Regardless, I am grateful for the pictures...  these are simply my observations based on past circles I have seen.

does look like a key off to the side in the one photo

I haven't a clue what it looks like but does remind me of

 spiral stairs

The "Key" might have been added later as it doesn't seem to be visible in the video clips on youtube. Maybe it's there but just not visible due to angle of the camera. I dunno. Just an observation.

Variations of that "Key" symbol were a common element among many of the early crop circles.

This page (http://cropcircleconnector.com/Millennium/dragons98.html) describes these as international meteorological symbols used in weather forecasting. Diagrams of such symbols and their meanings are presented. Fascinating analysis, by Ed Sherwood, of some of the early crop glyphs containing these particular symbols.
