A celebration & exploration of a global modern mystery : the Crop Circles phenomenon. For hundreds of years all over the world each summer, gigantic and magnificent works of art are imprinted in fields of wheat, barley and other crops. These archetypal, symbolic designs are usually formed under the veil of darkness (though sometimes - in broad daylight), within a matter of minutes. These enigmatic signs, symbols & 'field mandalas' reveal their majestic beauty as the mists of early morning evaporate under the rays of the sun.

To Add: It seems the Circle Makers decided to commemorate the launch of Crop Circles in-OVation by giving us a gorgeously apt gift on the VERY day Christopher & I created this group. The Owl Formation (below) appeared on August the 10th, 2009 - an incredibly fitting animal totem if ever there was one. The Owl represents Wisdom, Higher Education, Truth, Prophecy, Mysticism, Secret Knowledge (revealed) & Magickal Powers... Yep, definitely sounds like all of us here at Crop Circles in-Ovation!

Comment by Reginald Reeves on January 13, 2013 at 8:12am: I like the way that you think Debbie. Crop Circles are extraordinary visual mathematical creations. I have observed them for many years, and their seems to be imaginative and some unknown aspects to how and why they are made.

I like to look at them as a part of the language of the universe expressing mysteries for us to unravel. Watching them helps me to be able to shift my perception of what I think that I see. The beauty for me is the way that these unique and one of a kind creations direct my attention to far more different thoughts of how sensational our universe and multidimensions attached or attracted to other universes. My imagination grows wings from other worlds and new belief systems seem to come to my mind while I watch them. Nothing deep, but everything expanding and growing in a never ending amplified magnificence that words can't explain. Your concept if each one having an alphabetical or numerical meaning is an intelligent approach to me.

Maybe, they are individual musical notes or alphabets waiting to be deciphered so we can experience some kind of earned credit and move to the next level of a much needed cosmic lesson growing and learning as we move up the ladder of cosmic knowledge and wisdom. I guess children need to be taught what our world and universe are capable of before we are allowed to actively inter act and change our planet from what it is, to what it can be.

Its probably not the first time that we all seeked the advanced knowledge of our existence.

I bet its a lot simpler than we think.

I just did some math with a few of the crop circles and found something amazing about the ones that I studied for a few minutes.

The ones that I chose, all have to coding of "The Golden Ratio' in them.

Pick one yourself, because I think we might find that everyone of them has the characteristics of "The Golden Ratio" in them.

I could be wrong, but let me know if you decipher one of them as not having the principles of "The Golden Ratio" in it, and I am willing to bet that it is man made and not from a higher intelligence not of our world.

If you feel like it, you and just look at each one and tell if it has "The Golden Ratio" in it.

Each of us was born with the gift to be able to see the beauty of its presence because we are continued expressions of its incredible influence on us and in us.

Give it a try and let me know what you find.

All of life is beautiful and the artist of this magnificient work is known to all thru us.
