Once I saw this card, I fell in love with the strong & powerful imagery ~ I just had to have this deck! I went out today (right after I took this test) to our city's Theosophical Society Bookstore. I just sooooo knew in my mind that I would find this deck today, all the while (to 'power' it up even more...) saying to myself over & over that I shall manifest the deck. I walked into the T.S., went straight up to the Tarot Deck cabinet and immediately rested my eyes on said deck (by the way, the site calls it, 'The Winged Spirity Tarot' but it's actually 'The Winged Spirit Tarot' by David Sexton; published by US Games). I can't tell you how excited & overjoyed I was to have consciously used my Magician's ability in attracting this beautiful deck into my life. I was spellbound to say the least!

I like how this test draws upon our likes, passions & interests (rather than just a random selecting of cards). It seems to really describe people to a 't'(arot)! Whilst I was answering the questions, I really had no idea which card I was going to get (though The Sun does always seem to be a recurring card in my life!). Being Wiccan (if any earth-based 'label' could describe my spiritual beliefs...), I was totally GODsmacked (and a little more than pleased) that my card turned out to be The Magician. After I got it, I thought : Of course!

How does everyone else feel about 'their' chosen cards? Do you all resonate with them? Are they apt for you? What a tarot-ific little exercise this is!

Where the High Priestess between her two pillars deals with realms beyond this Earth, the Hierophant (or High Priest) deals with worldly problems. He is well suited to do this because he strives to create harmony and peace in the midst of a crisis. The Hierophant's only problem is that he can be stubborn and hidebound. At his best, he is wise and soothing, at his worst, he is an unbending traditionalist. (Though there are other factors in my natal chart that make me less so. Hmmm...but yes, I can be very stubborn at times...lol.)

The High Priestess is the card of knowledge, instinctual, supernatural, secret knowledge. She holds scrolls of arcane information that she might, or might not reveal to you. The moon crown on her head as well as the crescent by her foot indicates her willingness to illuminate what you otherwise might not see, reveal the secrets you need to know. The High Priestess is also associated with the moon however and can also indicate change or fluxuation, particularily when it comes to your moods.

This feels right to me, I have always been a natural intuitive and I am a healer and healing teacher. She often comes up for me when I draw one card for myself too. Yes I feel completely at one with the High Priestess.

Halo Bernadette ~ 'Tis ONEderful isn't it when you resonate & feel at-ONE with a particularly beautiful & powerful archetype. I firmly believe that in that acknowledgment & acceptance...a profound Healing takes place...an embracing...a YOUnification.

I fully resonate with my inner Magician ~ respecting him & honouring him. And it's in this process, I believe, when the 'inner' transforms into the 'outer'...and The Magician : I BECOME/I AM.

Thank you Om that is a very beautiful picture, and shades of purple too so doubly special as that is my absolute favourite colour. Thank you so much for all you do here my dear it is very valuable to have true and honest insight where the cards are concerned.

Purple is the only colour I know of that makes me want to melt into it. It's like 'Home'...
