Is it just me, as I think these coins have been around for a long time now, maybe even ten years. I guess this would be old news, or am I crazy. I haven't seen one for a long, long time.!

Every once in a while in South Africa a new BIG bill comes out. When I was a boy we only had tens and it lasted for a long time, untill just before we opened up to the world when Mandella was elected.
Since then our currency went down the tubes so to speak .
It turns out that paper money wears too fast so they gradually turned our notes into coins.R1 was paper then but today you can get coins up to R5. The biggest bill was R10 it is now all the way up to R200.00
Iwouldnt be surprised if we get R10 coins next and R500.00 bills.
