I'm glad the water left, Lola. I'm in awe of anyone who cans--it just sounds like so much work, but of course, it's so wonderful to have delicious fruits and veggies all year round. And it certainly must give you a sense of pride when you eat them, knowing that that you put them up yourself. L&L, D

Thank You Dorothy! The water all left so far. I want to get some canning done this year! I too, didn't know about the the buffalo eating healing plants. The meat is leaner and better for you too.
