Yes my sisters, let us pray for the people in places where there is fires and floods and no power. Russia is also experiencing terrible flooding.

My goodness, since I arrived in Sweden, the temps have been in the low to upper 60s, with rain just about every day. The Swede's are saying this is a bad summer, they don't remember when it was so bad. July is the time for holiday, therefore, camping and swimming is not good, if you stay within the country. Grey skies....grey skies!!! Dot, I look forward to Autumn also, it's my favorite season. I will be in Florida (which I know has been getting lots of rain...reports of flooding in places) end of Sept. Which means in October, I will go to Octoberfest. German food, German beer, um-pah-pah music, dancing....I love it!!!

We're having a heat wave, here too, Lola (West Chester PA) It's supposed to be 100 today (Sat) Many people here are without electricity, too--as you say, God be wih them--I pray they get their power restored soon. Also enormous trees down from storms--some hit houses, cars--very scary. I'm looking forward to Autumn. L&L, D

The Spirit Of Narive American Women is awesome, LCF--beautiful images, and oh, the sounds--how I love the drums. At the end, the Ha-yaaa, Ha-yaaa is like the sound I hear in my head, except that mine is Hi-yaaa, Hi-yaaa--comforting sounds--the sounds of my people. Even though I am of of German/Irish/English/possibly French decent, my heart and soul dwell in the native American heritage I feel that I lived in the "past" L&L, D
