There is a lengthy explanation behind the filming here. Very interesting story, as the guy who posted this has been threatened by a media company over this video. HAARP productions hologram..as usual..the comment might be fsle too just to stear more interests. many people are activated now to MK-Ultra trainees to do a lot of actions of many sorts.
