yet gentle enough
to hold a fragile snowflake.
It moves in you
deeply re-connecting you
in consciousness.

ONE-ness...
it is what connects us as ONE.

Ohhh, what a beautiful picture, Carol--and speaking of pictures, I was just going to reply on the July Whispers about updating our mental pictures, but couldn't find a close reply thingy, so just decided to bring my answer over here. I kept meaning to come over to the August Whispers, but felt sad leaving the July Whispers behind. Yes, so very true, Carol, we do have to keep updating our pictures, since the universe focuses on giving us what we focus on. What we believe, we recieve. But, of course, it's only natural that as we grow physically, as well as spiritually, our needs and desires can, and probably do, change. sometimes dramatically. I love the way you explain being UNIQUE, which we all are, and our INSTRUMENTS playing best when we're finely AT-TUNED to the Divine. Your play on words always makes me smile. Thank you for all the smiles, dear heart, and for shaing the wisdom of your wonderful Whispers. They are truly Divine. Love and Light, always, Dot

I fell in love with this painting...and the clouds. They always are like curtains that magically set the scene for the new...the unveiling of the mysteries of life.
I love what you say here... "we do have to keep updating our pictures, since the universe focuses on giving us what we focus on...." So very true. I have had it happen that in not updating I received the manifestation for a very old picture...and no longer felt at-tuned to it so passed it by with a thank you. As growth is happening on a moment by moment basis anymore it is really important that we do update on a very regular basis. We must also at-tune to our orchestrations of life ie our dream pictures as well as the Divine.
So glad you enjoy play on words...as do I....and you are so welcome for all the heart smiles... You bring me heart smiles too !

I hadn't thought about updating pictures before, but now understand that it makes perfect sense. I know what you mean about getting a manifestation of something that you no longer felt attuned to. I know that has happened to me--the memory is niggling at the back of my mind, but I just can't seem to bring it forth. And, possibly, we haven't even realized that we have moved on with our picturing, until something shows up that we pictured previously, but no longer want or need. Then we can easily gives thanks for it manifesting, but pass on it graciously, as you did. Yes--I always smile at plays on words--they are so de-light-ful. Pictures are connected to all aspects of our lives...it can be about anything...so it is an awareness to keep self updated. lol Most people forget they can re-decide things if something isn't working well...and find it hard to c shift. If we are still focusing on the old wanting the new, it can block or slow progress. If we create a lot of pictures about tomorrow and they get filed in our system that way...we never get to experience them as tomorrow never arrives as tomorrow, it becomes today.
That is the magic about living NOW !

Yes, I think that's the key, Carol, to concentrate on the one picture we want instead of throwing up a bunch of pictures, or none at all, and wondering why things didn't manifest for us. An example--I didn't really put up a picture of the way I wanted to decorate my apartment because I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted it to look--I had various ideas, but nothing specific. Finally, after all this time, and an interlude where I couldn't do much of anything due to my health situation, I'm getting my focus narrowed down. Soon I think I'll have the picture in my mind that I want to manifest, and I believe it will.
I really appreciate how the Whispers are highlighting UNIQUENESS, Carol, we are all unique, yet all one. Blessed be dear heart, Love and Light, always, Dot

One of the first keys to manifestation is CLARITY. When you become clear and can fill in the details...the rest will flow to you in grace and ease. It is very much likr building. First you have a blueprint...it is only then that you have a way of ordering materials for building...then you add electrical and plumbing spec//and then they can be ordered and installed etc. You can focus on a specific item at a time of you can focus on the complete idea. Either way you still need clarity...and the clearer you are the easier it is for the Universe to deliver.
I can remember when I Hawaii for a stay, I had wanted to go dancing and wanted a dance partner to go with. I never mentioned that I wanted a human male one...You will never guess what I received so I will tell you. Every time I think about this story I laugh. It is a wonderful reminder about being specific. The Universe delivered a very green preying mantis. The next day when sitting at a picnic table under a lovely shade tree journal writing, Something caught my eye. When I looked up from the page...There was a praying mantis, dancing to the rhythm of a nearby ghetto blaster in a van. When the music stopped so did it. The second piece was an Hawaiian Hula dance and this wee green fellow began swaying back and forth. I sat there in total amazement and delight. My green dance partner stayed until the van pulled away. What can I say but be specific ! *smile*

Oh, Carol, what an absulutely de-light-ful story, I enjoyed it so much I had to read it again. You could easily write a children's story about the Dancing Praying Mantis--it would be so cute. Yes, they are amazing creatures--I've always been fascinated by them. One somehow got on my winshield years ago, while I was driving, so I made a stop as soon as possible, took him off and deposited him in a place where he would have a much better chance of survival. The very idea of a praying mantis swaying to music makes me smile. How cute. I guess he must have felt the vibrations. Well, you got your wish, only not exactly in the way you expected. Thank you again for this lovely story--it made my day, Love and Light, always, Dot

Thank you for your loving words of appreciation. I am glad you enjoyed the story...I love it when stories are real...from life experiences. They help open us to the magic and mysteries of possibilities....and how the kingdoms on this planet can playfully interact and help each other with dream fulfillment.
While I was watching my green dancing partner and laughing in the delight and magic of it all, I felt someone approach me from behind. When I turned I noticed a man standing. He asked me if I would share with him what was so funny. I told him the little green fellow was dancing the hula. He watched with me. As the music stopped the praying mantis stood still ...and when another number began he began to dance again..this time one step forward and two back. It was obvious that he was dancing. When the music stopped again, the van providing the music drove away. The man turned to me and said, "He is dancing just for you !." It hadn't been just my witness. He had seen it too.

Grabbing a reply thingy. Oh, this is so precious, Carol, like your previous post about the little green guy, I had to read it again. It's so darn cute, it actually brings tears to my eyes, and gives me a great big smile. Yes, isn't it wonderful when someone else sees something that we are seeing (something very unusual that's hard to believe) and comments on it. It's confirmation that we can certainly be grateful for.
And this certainly fits in with your Whispers--LOVE being OUR TRUE SELF. I notice that the more I allow true love to flow through me, the more I experience truly wonderful things, and the more I experience truly wonderful things, the happier I am, and the happier I am, the happier the people around me are. It's a wonderfully, blessed cycle. I just want to totally agree here with what you are saying... "Yes, isn't it wonderful when someone else sees something that we are seeing..." especially something out of the usual, that brings in another point of perception. Not only does it validate and confirm for us our own take on reality but it enlarges what we perceive by their perspective when shared.
After the praying mantis lost his back up music, he hopped off the picnic table. He headed over to the edge of the grassy area and up onto the trunk of a tree...and I followed him with the man following too. I don't know what I felt would happen next but he had become a precious part of my life in those moments of such delight.
When he was on the tree trunk he was now very visible as his very green suit was no longer a camouflage, and a bird spotted him as a tasty lunch. When I saw the bird swoop, with the intent of snatching my newly found wee friend, I shooed it away. The man, who was now standing at my shoulder watching all of this said, "You do realize that this is natures way. He is part of the food chain.
I turned and looked at him and said , "maybe so, but so long as I am near by, my green dance partner will not be a meal."
He just grinned.
The happier I am...the happier I am...so true as we begin creating a spiral of energy that perpetuates itself....and others can join in...then the field becomes even larger.

Reply thingys have gone bye-bye, Carol, so I'm grabbing this one. Oh, I so agree with protecting your new wee green friend from becoming a meal--I would have done exactly the same thing, food chain or no food chain. The amazing thing about a praying mantis is their enormous eyes that seem to look right at you, expecially since they are set in such a large head. It's almost as if they are a miniature ET who can look not only at you, but into your thoughts, as if they know what is going in in your mind. These all-seeing creatures are simply fascinating.
I love the Whispers stating that the answer is always within the question--and that we should love, honor and acknowledge every aspect of ourselves--such simple, yet profound statements. These are certainly words to live by--in fact all the Whispers are words to live by. Not only are they a recipe for successful living, they lift my spirit and warm my soul.
