values and judgments,
hamper your ability
to remain focused
in the NOW.
As you begin
to have clarity
of vision,

these old filters,
remaining awake

and easier.
There is less in thought
to draw you
into the mind.
True peace comes
when the mind
is clear
and you dwell
Heart Space centered.
This is truly
the space
and place
of Open-ness...

Paying Life Forward

Today's message arising in me
is directed to you, the reader.
If you have benefited in any way

I am asking you to pay this energy forward.
We are in a year of great change
and much can come about magically
as we each participate
in living out inspired actions
into the world.
I am asking you to do something life changing
for three people (just like in the film).
When you give them their life changing gift,
they are to pass this energy/action forward
to 3 other people....
and they, in turn, are to do the same....and so on...
You will know who ...and what to do. It will arise within you
just as this message is arising within me.
We are Divine conduits for change in our world.
The time for being the observer in life is over.

Hi All ~
Such a sweet image of the openness of childhood..and its' innocence...and wonder meant.
I would like to add just one more thought here to the mix of this conversation if I may....
When we move into aligning ourselves, living...en-lightening...often we still have residual ways of being that still wnt to express and have a place of value in our lives and ways of being. I find the more I am and longer I am living in my new residence, the more feelings come up that have no relationship to needing to know or assign meaning to ...for example. I can feel happy for no reason ...I can feel all the primary feelings for their experience alone, without cause and effect being a way or need to "understanding" them. In our Heart Space we may know something but understanding is a " passe way of operating." The need to understand just will put you back in your head, thinking about rather than actually living the experience.

I have been reading your sharing of tears and what they have meant to you. I then looked into myself to see if it feels the same as you have described.
Many years ago when I was 16, I was walking down the middle of suburban street. People were out and about on their lawns, a sunny day, when suddenly a power came over me. This power had the feeling of immense gratitude and thankfulness, so much so that I felt the overpowering urge to drop to my knee's and just cry out thankfulness. Too deep toward anything specific.
Lately this has been what I am experiencing that has been bringing me to tears, although not as overpowering as that experience. It has made me realize just how deeply I have been longing for home. I am sensing home now like never before, my true self. I have known basically my whole life that I am not who I am, I just couldn't understand those feelings. Then who am I? I have known all along that I have been living a lie, that anything else I tried to be would be just another face to the person. Maybe I could be a proud person, a cowardly person, athletic, an artist, a criminal, an actor, etc. Nothing ever really held interest for me, I innately knew that whatever endeavour or person I became, was a lie. I couldn't explain it, not even to myself, never mind anyone else. So I have been very alone for many years holding this deep inner compulsion, not knowing what it is, not understanding it, just knowing everything else is a lie. In every sense of the word I have felt like an actor, knowing that whatever it is I portray, it's not me.
This is the closest I have come to finally understanding, or should I say, awakening to finally realizing why I have felt this way my whole life. This is what I feel these emotional moments have been for me.

This is a perfect description of going into our Heart Space for answers and finding what resonates to truth.
I find the way that most moves me into tears now is that the feeling is so profound and so intense that nothing else allows for the great explosion of feelings as tears do...and that is what you are describing here is intense and profound when we touch on the Divine within. It is a kind of confirmation for us that we are on the right path for us.
Thank you for sharing something so intimately yours, Bruce. I So appreciate you for your openness with all of us here.

Your feeling comes through so clear, Bruce. It made me think of how we feel when we realize that all of our past was a story we told, that often didn't express our values as much as our living up to many expectations outside of ourselves.
As we come into this new freedom of living and self-defining through the love we feel flowing naturally, there are going to be endless new stories to tell, beautiful songs of ourselves to sing and values to discover, all from that new sense of being divine harmony, uniquely alright beyond comparison with no justification needed.
Looks like we made it!

Yes, Carol--everyone is beautiful in their own way--the truth is out. I think that would make a great bumper sticker, too. I'm sure it would create some smiles--which is exactly what we need more of.
