It is curious how when something happens to our body...and we don't have the answer...and no longer feel in control, just what happens emotionally. I had a taste of needing the Whispers soothing answers... I found out by eliminating foods right away and taking lots of fluids in that the body responds. I have been eating more greens a live foods and not cooking all the goodness away ...then Christmas time came and all the rich sweet goodies  that we call treats that my body no longer is used to eating...and wow ! I have eliminated those foods again and have decided that I will be the one to provide the desserts raw food style with no granulated sugar and refined wheat flower. When I began the raw food plan, I had no idea that food could taste so much better and I would feel more energetic too. I hadn't eaten the desserts as I had focused on learning the more staple foods and how to use my dehydrator. It basically takes the place of an oven. Now I have been looking at the recipes and preparation of some sweet treats that are acceptable for my body. Most people think of veggies trays and juicing and salads when they think of raw food...but there is so much more than that. I have been learning how to make flat breads as Wheat is definitely off my diet now. I was given a new food processor for Christmas and am having fun with it too! I like playing with food.
