First of all let me apologise for being so long in getting back to you. A friend passed away and I am an executor of his will so I've been a bit busy. As to your question about Reiki. I don't know if you've realised yet, there is a big section on OV which looks at all angles of Reiki Healing. There are some very experienced people on there that I'm sure will be able to help you. As for myself, I find that my hands are warm but people often say they notice a sensation of coolness at my touch. I think it depends on what is ailing them at the time. I think the more you practice on yourself and others, the more you will develop. I suggest you get as many willing 'guinea-pigs' as you can. Good Luck!
