When you are pro active in your life then no one controls you in any way.
Most mind control comes from ones own mind when one is preoccupied with thinking that one is mind controlled by someone that one does not let go of.. This happens when there is idle thinking time that is not used pro actively toward ones own life. One opens a mind frequency that resonates with another mind when dwelling on it. One is mind controlled in a very small part and paranoid in larger part.
The most simple thing to do is to get a book or practice on self improvement in any way and to begin going in another direction pro actively in ones mind. One good one I found are the teachings of A Coarse In Miracles here where we get the idea of the day to pro actively focus upon every day.
No one can control your mind when you are controlling it.
