We are indeed embarking on a new cycle. A new cycle called 2010. It is the entrance into what is recognized as “a New Year”. Each new year; new cycle is the result of the culmination of all prior cycles. Cycles are segmented periods between two points…which we recognize as “time”; having a beginning and an end. It is within these two points that we experience our own cycles. Are we affected by the general cycle defined by the period known as a “year”? Yes indeed…why? Because we are wired into… Continue
Boriska – the Person from Mars
A meeting in an anomalous zone
The first time I heard about the unusual boy named Boriska was from the stories of the participants of an expedition to an anomalous zone in the north of the Volgograd province, known in our country as the "Medveditskaya Ridge".
"Imagine, when everyone was sitting around the bonfire in the evening, this little boy, about seven years old, suddenly and loudly demanded silence:… Continue

Horsetail, (Equisetum arvense) is a plant that grows in damp soils all over the world. Horsetail is an excellent clotting agent for wounds, nose bleeds, and other bodily injuries, also works well for cystitis, urethritis, and prostatitis. Horsetail also speeds the repair of tendons and ligaments, and helps with arthritis and joint problems. And Horsetail also works well for helping to eliminate swelling of the legs. Horsetail breaks down some of the B vitamins --- so it… Continue
Compassion feeds the poor, compassion helps those in need, and compassion feels love for all. Compassion is all important---and when we go through our day we should consider if what we are doing is compassionate.
For fear keeps us from being compassionate --- fear keeps us wanting more and considering others less, fear makes us feel obscure and insecure, thus we forget about the other part of us, thy neighbor as thy… Continue
This was forwarded to me by a close friend. The image is at the bottom of the page.
A picture began circulating in November. It should be 'The Picture of
the Year,' or perhaps, 'Picture of the Decade.' It won't be. In
fact, unless you obtained a copy of theUS paper which published it, you
Would never have seen it.
The picture is that of a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel
Alexander Armas, who is being operated on by surgeon… Continue
On March 26, President Obama announced at the White House press briefing room, “that after a year of intense negotiations, the United States and Russia have agreed to the most comprehensive arms control agreement in nearly two decades.” The agreement aims to cut the nuclear arsenals of
the US and Russia by up to 30%, and represents the first of a series…
There is not a lot of new news to report, as although things are moving right along in a divine and orderly way, we are basically still in the same space we have been occupying for a few weeks now, if even more integrated and grounded than ever before.
As the earth, the cosmos, and all its inhabitants are so divinely connected, each and every one of us is acclimating and aligning all at the same time, and in a perfect relationship with the earth’s alignment through her earthquakes… Continue
Pineapple (Ananas comosus) is a common tropical fruit that is sold all over the world. It is high in Vitamins A & C and contains sucrose a very complex sugar. Pineapple also contains Bromelian which helps in the break down of protein and thus aids digestion and is diuretic. The ripe fruit cools, soothes, settles gas and reduces acid. Unrippened fruit improves digestion, increases appetite, and in India it is used as a uterine tonic. The fiber of pineapple also helps with… Continue
I know people who wear their emotions on their sleeve. Every time any little thing happens they go to tears, shout, get angry, happy, all of the emotions all the time.
I learned that emotions are like driving a car, you can put your car in first gear, second gear, third gear, and reverse, but when you're at a stop sign and stuck in traffic you put your car in neutral --- and you spend a lot of time in neutral.
Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) is an herb that grows in India. The resin of this tree is made into a powder and is full of triperpene acids which are wonderful for inflammation. Works well for arthritis, joint inflammation, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, gout, asthma, hay fever and also as a gargle for sore throats, laryngitis, gum disease and canker sores. Most people recommend a 1/3 teaspoon of the powder a couple times a day. Boswellia works well for me and may work great… Continue
What is your first response to looking inward with meditation? Is it a feeling of dread and terror?
Or are you filled with a feeling of love, compassion, and yearning to understand?
Most people find that when they are asked to look within a feeling of terror takes over. This comes about because as children our emotions are not looked upon as something nice by our parents --- we were told to stop crying, be quite,… Continue
I was talking to a friend about the energies this past week, because they were so unsettled and so much seemed to be on the verge of happening but not quite ready to appear. I described myself as being halfway between joy and panic, straddling the middle line between knowing that everything was going to be OK and yet not sure whether a full blown panic attack was going to be part of the next step. She agreed that this was what she was feeling, knowing that something was getting ready to happen… Continue
