My cat is not doing very well.

His name is tigger and he an orange tabby. He is normally an extremely loving cat.. middle aged.
He has had this problem before. He is going to the bathroom (uninating) over and over .. Last time he did this he had a blocked urethra. I am very concerned for him. We dont have 300 dollars to take him back to the vet, outside of this issue he is normally very healthy. If anyone can do a distance healing or give me some helpful info please do.
