The fact that we have all lived before, that this is not our first nor is it our last time here, no longer causes much controversy. Many of us by now accepted the idea that we all had more than just one incarnation. Past lives no longer seem as frightening a concept as they used to. But if we have lived more than once, what about the time and space in between human incarnations, during which we, as a soul, must exist on some level? Where do we go, what do we… Continue
As a mosquito just bit me --- I am going to talk about what to do with bites and stings. Lavender oil works well to help with the itchiness and also repels insects. Sweet Basil, Sage, and Thyme all work well to reduce swelling and soreness-rub the leaves around the bite. Aloe is very soothing and healing for bites and you will find St. Johns Wort cream also works well as does Calendula and Chamomile infusions.
When we are mentally stressed we find it difficult to focus. It may be hard to read a book or keep interest in a conversation, or it may be overwhelming to sit long enough to listen to music. Your mind keeps flitting around like a bug, hoping to light but afraid that it might get burned.
One way to calm the mind is to become aware of your inner sensations. Most of the time we are unable to totally key in on what we are… Continue
It’s the small things my Lightworker friend, that can bring the most profound insight. I was told early in 2009 to pay attention to the birds as they would let me know what was going on with the Earth changes. As the birds change their behavior, we could tell when some immediate change was going to occur in our area. So I have been paying close attention to our animal friends and the other day I noticed the birds singing. Not just a little song, but an entire musical! All different types of… Continue
Ngungu'taota (greetings we are relatives), Tutskwa I'qatsi (Land and Life are One),
As a brother, let me share some ideas with you that I recently spoke about (a shorter version) in reply to someone’s blog post. These ideas reflect what my people and other mentors have taught me over the years. They are offered to you for your own reflection, as always, with an open-hand for you to take or leave as you choose.
What do you want in your life? Why don't you have it?
We all have things that we want in our lives. We may want a new car, a new house, a new career, a new relationship or any number of other things.
One of my desires is to live by the beach. My heart longs to be near the ocean, to hear it's roar, to watch the waves going in and out, to feel the sand under my feet. This is the one thing I most yearn for.
One feature which would be enriching here would be some kind of "personal bookmark review list" each individual can share with everyone. So until now, I thought using a blog post will do and I would update it to add more links over the time.
Ok so I have written about this a number of times but for goodness sakes when I run into this stuff it is so funny…yes it is funny. No I am not laughing at anyone but I am laughing at how creative we are in making this game really exciting! There are a group of new agers that are relentless at overdosing the masses with this construct of a future of bliss, where we hang out with the ascended masters and sing kumbaya all day, while we hug mother earth and just feel nothing but joy and love…oh my… Continue
Do you have cold hands and feet? This may mean you have poor circulation and there are two herbs that can increase circulation---Ginger and Cayenne pepper. Drinking ginger tea will not only warm the soul but it also increases circulation by stimulating the flow of blood through your arteries. Also cayenne pepper added to your diet (just a little) will help warm your extremities and by increasing circulation. And good old fashion aerobic exercise also works wonders ---… Continue
At the risk of sounding repetitive once again, "relationship" in all forms is up for deep and significant review during the month of April. The energy alignments in March were indeed "vibrational upgrades" and now in April we will feel the deepest call to observe our inner relationship within every aspect of our lives.
Sounds heavy and in truth deep personal review is a journey that requires time and due diligence. Every aspect of our outer lives is a form of relationship for we are… Continue
If you have gas and bloating it helps to take a few herbs to aid your digestion and calm the restless stomach. I recommend gentain which is a bitter herb that does wonders for the stomach. Also you can take fennel, cardamom, anise, lemon verbena, and peppermint which all make great teas that will sooth your stomach and also taste great! I think most people popping antacids these days have a nervous stomach and could be helped greatly by also learning a little bit of… Continue
Why some of us hold the past with rage is a good question.
Sometimes it's guilt, other times it's because we believe in revenge and unconsciously want to get even. But this kind of thinking holds us in the past, and prevents us from being totally in the present moment. People who rage tend to stay away from people. Their rage and anger comes popping out at everyone, so they hide from everyone. Usually the hiding is done… Continue
If you have arthritis there are a few things that will help you such as Devils Claw, White Willow Bark, Lemon Juice to reduce acidity, Meadow Sweet and Celery seeds also for acidity. Stay away from tomatoes, oranges, spinach, and red meat for they all create more acid in your body and will make you feel even worse. Cucumbers and figs are very alkaline and will help you to feel better as will Queen of the Meadow Root Powder which is alkalizing and also helps with… Continue
