Blackberry (Rubus fruticosus) is a fruit that grows in all temperate climates from Europe, the US, and Australia. Blackberries are full of anthocyanins, pectin, fruit acids, and Vitamin C---All berries are good for you-if you want live a long life eat lots of berries. And blackberry leaves are strongly astringent and make a good mouthwash for gum and mouth ulcers, and a good gargle for sore throats. The leaves are also good for diarrhea and hemorrhoids.
“Look...what you do is very interesting,” someone recently said to me. “But I have a life to live and I really can’t see myself as a professional psychic. Madame Ruby is just not me. It’s too airy-fairy.”
The fact is, recognizing and developing your intuitive abilities has many practical, down-to-earth uses in one’s life. Developing this ability is similar to the time you learned to read books: your goal was not to be a professional “book reader”, you just wanted to experience the… Continue
I wrote an article a few days ago not realizing the stir it would have generated. The article was titled Enough with this “Blissed” out Agenda. There were many who felt inspired by it and there were a few who came at me as if I was the Antichrist. Those who were inspired were those who apparently had drawn the same conclusions as I had but had never really voiced it at least not in an open forum. I however voiced it yet this was not the first time. No I did not play it safe. I recognize that… Continue
One of my favorite quotes (from the actor Woody Allen) is “Eighty percent of success is showing up.” Each lifetime is a way in which we show up, ready to complete a task begun long ago, to work through any karmic cycles which have the power to ensure our return for completion and transformation. While we may wonder why we do it, we volunteer to return because we know that every energetic opening we leave behind must be closed through our own healing. No one can heal, transmute or complete… Continue
To use herbs I recommend using whole herbs if possible and making teas with them. Place your herbs in the strainer tea pot and add water and bring your water to a simmer. Let set for 1 to 10 minutes depending on the herb and pour into your cup.
For roots, bark, twigs, and berries you should put them into a pot and cover them with water and let them simmer for 20 to 30 minutes---then strain as you pour the liquid into a contain to keep in the frig.
A guru yelled out to his disciple to come to him, and his disciple called back "But how am I to get across the river," and his guru said, "Just walk" and because he had great faith in his guru he stepped out on the water and lotus flowers came up supporting him with every step.
Once he crossed the river his guru said, "It is not me --- it is your great faith that took you to me."
And so it is that we too are to have great… Continue
Enjoy the YouTube video and peruse the articles and videos below detailing the 2010 ET Cultural Commission Ballot Initiative in Denver, Colorado (USA). The premise is that if no other government agency will bring the truth forward a selected commission will explore pertinent issues at the local level at no expense to the taxpaper. The issues will include advanced medical, clean energy, environmental, transportation and other technologies of extraterrestrial origin previously suppressed and… Continue
Insomnia is very common and there are a few herbs that can help. Chamomile, Valerian, Passionflower, and Hops are wonderful for helping people get to sleep. Hops are great for the over active mind when you just can't seem to shut off your thinking-hops are a little bitter so mix your hops tea with something sweet.
Also oatmeal is great for increasing the production of your own melatonin and thus allowing you to relax-a little oatmeal before bed works… Continue
To meditate on the perfect life filled with peace and freedom leads one to understanding. To see the world with the eyes of the Universe with connection to nature and community one finds heaven within.
Even though the world is filled with imperfection, dwell on that which could be, instead of which is, this is the sign of a great leader.
Find perfection within yourself, and you will find peace every where you look ---… Continue
I was looking for information on Native Americans when I came across this interesting Video. I did know of Joseph Smiths' deception with the golden plates, but recent DNA, historical and archaeological information shows conclusive proof that the book of Mormon is a lie. I apologise to any Mormons out… Continue
The cosmic tsunami wave of light showered us with another installment the past few days, and it could be felt in many varied ways, all according to how each of us is wired and how we accept and interact with energy.
The off-shore Chile earthquake which occurred on February 17th, was powerful enough that it literally shifted the earth on her axis. This created a lot of movement on the planet, as everything was thrown this way and that way, pushing a wide variance of energies into our… Continue
The fact that we have all lived before, that this is not our first nor is it our last time here, no longer causes much controversy. Many of us by now accepted the idea that we all had more than just one incarnation. Past lives no longer seem as frightening a concept as they used to. But if we have lived more than once, what about the time and space in between human incarnations, during which we, as a soul, must exist on some level? Where do we go, what do we… Continue
