Step out of the situation and look in from a 3rd party perspective... can you see both sides?

If anger still persists then in a positive way allow anger to be expressed... by yelling in the car at night, throwing rocks at the fence, or many other safe and effective ways.

See in your minds eye the other person as a small helpless infant...…

To be spiritual means having will power for a life full of healthy positive change. 

It means getting up early and doing what needs to be done... and going to bed early so you have energy the next morning. 

It means setting aside 15 to 20 minutes in morning for prayer and meditation.

It means taking 30 minutes to an hour every morning for exercise.
