Tao is a sense of wonder, a beautification of the soul, a glue that holds everything together.
Tao is harmony... Tao is peace... a principle that makes sense out of chaos.
Tao is a way of life, a perfect truth that fills the heart with feelings... feelings that go beyond all words.

Whenever we start thinking we become distracted from peace, thus when we meditate we shut out all thoughts and Supreme Peace takes over.
Peace only abides where there is a lack of thinking... and mind is not important for peace, in fact mind is a huge distraction from peace.
Even while working there is no need for mind, yes one needs to think mechanical thoughts to accomplish work, but mind only gets in the way of…Continue

If we are ONE consciousness that is endless with many sects of people that are parts of that endless expression... then how can we separate one from another and withhold love?
If we pour bitter water (Hatred) on the roots of the tree (Humanity)... then the tree will bear bitter fruit (Anger).
Given sweet water (Love)... the tree bears sweet fruit (Compassion).

Someone once said: - “I hate love and I’m mostly angry, but meditation helps me chill my rage.”
Angry people have a much higher rate of high blood pressure, heart attacks, arthritis, back pain, and lowered immune systems that lead to all kinds of disease. And their family life, work life, and every other part of life is stricken with anxiety and stress. Basically angry people are stressing themselves out to the max constantly thinking about what…Continue

Love is infinite and as Albert Einstein said... “The Human Mind Cannot Grasp Infinity”.
But love has one common denominator -- “Giving”
Love is giving our time.
Love is giving our attention.
Love is giving a smile.
Love is giving compassion.
Love is giving a gentle touch on the shoulder.

During the day if something happens we feel bad... and then sad.
But if that happens ask the question - “Who’s feeling bad, who’s feeling down?” and ask that question especially during meditation.
For the soul is always filled with joy, love, and connected to bliss and sees the good in everything.
It’s ego that feels down, it’s ego that feels despondent... and during meditation all that…Continue

Silence is never ending, it’s only stops when we speak, silence is what speaks between words... saying more than what is spoken. Silence is not the absence of sound, silence is explanatory and describes everything... thus it speaks volumes.
Silence brings about realization and through realization we find true knowledge. Silence reveals the true meaning of everything... which is much different from outward knowledge.

If we really think about it, no one can hurt us other than what we decide to connect to and bring ourselves down and feel bad about.
If we have someone who says “You are bad” and we take it in... then it allows the unconscious mind to create life accordingly creating shame and guilt, thus we give that person power over us.
In Zen they say “Accept little, reject little, don’t be effected... just…Continue

When we go to the theater and watch a movie it seems very real.
Yet it’s not real... and if we step onto the stage and try to embrace the images we cannot, and if we try to embrace the screen we cannot because it’s way too big, yet the one watching is still there.
Life is similar... we watch all the images flashing by and some of us get upset... and focus on trying to embrace the images. Yet the only freedom we have is…Continue

If we focus on the evil in the world after a while we become overwhelmed and feel sad.
Like the old saying goes, if you focus on something it grows... and it’s always better to go out and do good works to create more light in the world.
There is good in the world... focus on good and create even more good in the…Continue

As we move from fear to confusion we are like a leaf changing colors but still clinging to our old ideals.
But in our youth the winds of mystical experience (love) fills the mind and we let go, in ecstasy for a moment we take flight... touching upon the waters of discontent with peace.
As the water calms... and the pace of life slows... we find contentment in being.
Once more a drift we…Continue

People run around crazy doing and chasing... and yet feel confused and alone in the end. This is the outcome of our conscious mind being allowed to run the show.
The alternative for spiritual grow is for an individual to give up striving and move to inaction. The state of “BEING” is promoted through the process of first using conscious action (I am letting go) which leads a person to the conscious decision of inaction (all is…Continue

In the Collective Mind of the Infinite Field there are only polarities of energy, some positive and some negative, and theses energies condense into clouds of forgiveness.
Divine energy knows nothing of shame and guilt, there is only love, bliss, and peace.
When we make mistakes we are forgiven automatically by the Infinite Field.
But it's up to us to forgive ourselves... and move on... thus healing…Continue

We can know something in our mind and say that it’s truth... and thus believe it.
Yet those things that we believe with our mind change all the time, science changes, society changes, people change... and so that truth may no longer be true.
But when we know something is true with our heart... it comes from a deeper place.
I love my wife, I love my daughter, I love life... all of these are ever lasting…Continue
