Self Love

Sadly I see that most weight loss programs are missing one very key element. The spiritual or energetic aspect. While diet and exercise are 2 very important elements…the third one is Self Love. If we could only see that negative self talk, feelings of shame or anger toward ourselves about our weight, starving our bodies, and punishment with strict exercise routines are never in tune with self love.
