"The Relaxed Soul Awakens"
A man awakens from his sleep, slumbering for many a year as the consciousness of eternity flows by like a beautiful stream. Dealing with the pretentiousness fight of life, he forgot about his inner, for he was mystified by the stream, watching -- fighting -- involved. Flowing along the stream conquers with ease. That is the game of Maya to keep one occupied, unless one sees past the dream and recognizes the divinity within. Then the stream… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul Heals"
If you were ruler of the world what would you change?
Would you want people to be more loving, give, accepting, and slow to anger?
What would it be like if you were more loving? What if you were more giving?
And slow to anger?
Perhaps your list is different ---- but whatever you thought of, what would your life be like if you healed yourself first ---- because the world begins with… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul has Community"
In Pennsylvania there's a town by the name of Roseto in which most of the people are transplants from Italy. They brought with them the feeling of the old country where everyone's equal, no matter how much money they made. They had a great sense of community where people helped one another. And they were very healthy compared to other towns around them, even though they smoked, had money problems which led to stress, and ate fatty… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul is Free of Wants"
Research shows that if you want something and want it really bad, most of the time it will not happen. But if you just wish something could be true, and let go of it, not dwelling upon it --- most of the time it does happen.
It goes back to what Jesus said about, "Not Wanting" but creating intentions and allowing God to create accordingly.
And the more you connect emotionally with your heart to this… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul is Powerful in Love"
Research shows that people can create positive effect on Random Number Generating Computers. But bonded pairs of people (people who love each other) have six times the positive influence on these computers.
This means that love is a minimum of six times more powerful when we come together to make a change.
This is why Jesus said, "Whenever two or more of you come together in my name"
- WE HAVE… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul Believes in Magic"
The rational mind keeps us from the possibility of amazing magic in our lives. Perhaps we don't have to know everything --- perhaps believing is more important.
What if --- what we believe including our unconscious thoughts creates our reality? And what if every single being, rock, drop of water, tree, and all of creation has consciousness that's inter playing together to create reality?
IF THAT'S NOT MAGIC,… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul Follows His Path"
To climb a mountain some will take the winding road and others will take the straight and narrow path. Both will make it to the top --- both will attain the same goal of being able to sit on the mountain and over look creation.
So too are religions of the world, we all pray to the ONE, we all have the same Creator --- but all take different paths to HIM.
Even within the same religion some will run up the… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul is a Reflection"
Imagine your heart and mind as a basin of water that's swirling around and around with thinking. Now imagine yourself sitting in stillness, contemplating the third eye (the spot between your eyebrows) breathing in and out.
Slowly the water in the basin starts to settle and soon the water in the basin becomes smooth as glass. In the darkness you can see the reflection of the moon; the moon is your soul and your connection… Continue

"The Relaxed Soul Finds Strength"
Being in charge of a group of people for work or pleasure comes with challenges. And sometimes it makes your heart feel heavy to let people go or make major changes. But sometimes you have to do, what you have to do, and sometimes it does not feel good.
Buddha talks about letting go of expectations of what might have been. Because expectations keep us wanting something different, something other than what we have in this… Continue
