"The Relaxed Soul Moves Energy"

Every thought has energy attached to it, every image in our mind has energy attached to it, and everything we see on TV and at the Movies has energy attached to it.

When we think of love, compassion, and peace --- these higher frequency thoughts (Kundalini White Light) move energy from the lower chakra (Base of the Spine) up the spine to the minds eye between the eye brows.

When we think lower vibration thoughts of anger,…

"The Relaxed Soul is Joyful"

In spirituality you are to find what feels good and scream it at the top of your lungs.

Instead of having someone tell you what's right and wrong, you know intuitively what's right. You know what's best for your true connection to the collective soul.

This is the way the soul expresses it self --- THROUGH KNOWING WHAT FEELS GREAT!

You are one with the Universe --- and if you do something that hurts someone you also…

"The Relaxed Soul Finds Peace in Easy Meditation"

Meditation can be difficult for some people because in this world of form, letting go and focusing on the formless is not what we are used too. That's why all the Avatars said to concentrate on them, thus giving form to the formless which is the essence of the Creation.

First breathe deep letting go of tension in the body by doing a body scan, relaxing deeper with each breath, deeper with each part of the body…

"The Relaxed Soul is the Work"

Close your eyes and see yourself as part of the living organism that created all life, see yourself as the flowing energy that creates, connects, moves, and inspires everything there is. See how powerful you are as the inspired thought of the Creator! In your minds eye see how this inspired thought

(THE WORD) brought about the stars, planets, galaxies and all that is KNOWN.

So how can YOU be POWERLESS?

YOU ARE NOT…

Sore Throats

Those of you who have sore throats on a regular basis --- there are some great herbal remedies that really work. Try a mixture of Garlic, Ginger, and Lemon which helps with colds and flues. And Tamarind made into a tea makes a great gargle as does a nice tea made of Rosemary, Sage, and Myrrh. Also remember to take your Echinacea and check with your doctor if you don't get better in a couple of days.

"The Relaxed Soul Finds Commitment"

What about making a commitment to life---as with an alcoholic who says "I'm not going to drink now" and twenty years later he says the same thing, all those little moments add to be a life time.

All you have to do is commit to allowing the Christ Consciousness to move through you and say, "I will start exercising now, or start eating right now, or write that first paragraph of my book now."

Don't say anything…

"The Relaxed Soul Looks Deeper for Healing"

A high school kid acts out and gets angry, and his parents take him to get ADHD medication and nothing changes.

Nobody looks at the fact that his father is in the military and never talks to his son, only barks out orders of why, when, where, and how to do things.

His mother is angry because she had to make a choice between having her son and taking care of her sick mother. And from the time he was a couple of…

"The Relaxed Soul Loves a Giant Oak Tree"

If you have a small Oak Tree and there are lots of little trees all around, the Oak Tree will not grow tall, because all the little trees use up most the nutrients in the soil.

If you want to grow tall you must rid your life of all the little things zapping your strength. Desires are like the little trees, they keep popping up zapping away the nutrients of your soul --- always wanting more and more, never allowing you to…

"The Relaxed Soul Loves So Much"

We see how things are, and we think know how things should be, and we want the best for everyone.

Yet, is it too much to want everyone to heal and find happiness? Throughout the years we keep trying to help, trying to heal.

But no matter how painful it is to see people hurt themselves --- the only person we can heal is the one we see in the mirror.

For God resides within everyone, and only the KEEPER OF THE…

"The Relaxed Soul Loves Each Drop"

From tops of mountains water trickles downward towards streams, downward towards rivers, and towards the ocean. The ocean beckons each drop to gain strength in the wholeness of the ONE.

The ocean never rises up to the stream; it waits patiently for each drop without force or coercion. Never pushing or wanting its own way --- it waits --- for it loves each drop the same.

We too are water and have much to learn from the…

Mung bean water makes a great tea that cools the body, helps with heat rash, and lowers the feelings of irritability and soothes away thirst. You can mix mung bean water with honey and lemon---very nice…

"The Relaxed Soul Loves Self Honesty"

Nothing can stop you from attaining greatness!

Nothing can stop you from having it all!!

All it takes is remembering who you are, thus finding the real YOU hidden deep within all the ways you protect yourself (the ego keeps trying to protect you with fear.)

Once you remember you're not the body, and that you are not all the unconscious learning you soaked up as a kid, you are free --- free to do whatever it…
