I caution you before you watch this movie - it is so shocking it is beyond words, but have decided to share it as I believe we need to know what is going on.

I believe that if there is just ONE thing we humans need to do, it is to stop what is shown happening in this movie.

If we are all one (and we are), then we have all contributed to this - and if you've ever wanted something to magically convert you to a vegetarian, then this it.

As to what we can do, I believe we need to petition the TV channels to demand that this be seen on TV.

If nothing else, please spread this far and wide. The truth MUST be known.

I was so sickened and appauled by the scenes in the film I just couldn't face it, I know how unbelievable cruel these bastards are and I have picked up on this evil throughout my childhood. Even without ever seeing it with my physical eyes, I always could feel horrendous things were happening exactly like this even though I wasn't old enough to have been told about it or to have known about it.

Nevertheless it is a useful and important film, particularly for those who might not think too deeply about the sufferings we humans subject animals to. If you want someone to be a vegetarian - make them watch this movie. It is profoundly attitude-changing, even life-changing. Humanity has been blinkered, programmed, for thousands of years so now they do not recognize that animals have feelings just like we do. It is time to wake up. Love and treasure ALL animals - they are our brothers too. We sometimes indirectly cause harm to them without being fully aware of it. Earthlings makes you take a long hard look at your views about ALL animals - and where you stand.

To ALL the beautiful Animal Beings on Earth with us, I say:

WE LOVE YOU. WE ARE SORRY. PLEASE FORGIVE US.

No, I will not see it again. Once is enough. But it IS an important and necessary movie. No wonder I am a vegetarian - Earthlings really confirmed WHY I wish to remain one. I watched it a few years ago and it rocked me to the core. I had to force myself to get through it, with tears running down my face! Perhaps I watched because I just had to understand on a deep level the extent to which humanity treats animals as "things" to exploit in any way they want to, instead of viewing animals as sacred, sentient beings with emotional bodies, who have just as much right to share our planet as we do and they should be honoured and respected, no less than humans should be respected. They have Rights, too! They do not have a voice to speak for themselves.

We DO have to spread this vital message. Earthlings opened my Heart Centre completely with Compassion for all Earth's animals. I felt a deep need to Apologize - and I always will - on behalf of humanity for what we do.

That is the main point of Earthlings - to make it clear that humanity has yet one more very important step to make in our evolution.

That is, to overcome our "Species-ism."

In the same way that Humanity has begun to realize we have to leave behind old ideas about Racism and Sexism - the next step is Speciesism.

It's definitely not a movie that I've felt is appropriate to pass on to some people I know - it's not necessary for those more enlightened and spiritual folks who would no doubt agree that abuse, exploitation, bad-practice animal-farming, circuses, bad-practice pet breeding etc. are unacceptable in an enlightened, evolved society. They don't particularly have to see it unless they feel they have the courage or motivation to.

I just feel so much for these creatures that I have to do everything I can to help them and the first thing in that is to make people aware of what is happening to them.
