Faces In The Mirror ?

Ok so last wednesday night I was having a really rough day and I was talking to myself in the mirror like I usually do to work through things. I find it helps me communicate with my self.

After my melt down in the mirror I was looking at myself and my face looked to be aging till I saw my face as an old women. It happend so quickly... my instant reaction was fear... my heart was racing. I decided to try it again after gathering up enough courage and it happend again...this time I was man with a mustache. I kept trying it and saw these two faces over and over along with a couple others. both male and female faces.

I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experiance? if so please share.

I'm wanting to know what I was seeing and what the meaning is behind it.

Yes that's the book, Shaman, Healer, Sage by Alberto Villoldo. I remember now. I'm ashamed to have forgotten because he brought the Munay-Ki, an Incan practice, to the West and I speak about it on my blog. You're right, it is a very interesting book. Blessings

We incarnate as groups and often in the same family bloodline or group over and over again. Also sometimes the same soul has many incarnations. Simultaneously. So in this mix any probability can happen

Often we saw thew same faces and often we saw the same sequenbce of faces every time we did it.

The striking thing about her is right down in the deepest past I see a neanderthal type female quite old and wrinkly with white hair and gosh it makes me so so sad to look into those eyes. Even today as I remember it the sadness returns. There were also a few native american faces that makes me so sad. All old but I have a deep compassion for them.

Sometimes I think she was my mother in many lifetimes or maybe we grew old together.

Late at night when I am going to sleep, I have a picture on my wall of me as a two year old, that picture will change and look like my deceased Mother. I do wear glasses and although my eyes are not that bad, I was wondering if any of you have seen pictures do this??

There's a section about face reading in the book 'Healer, Shamam, Sage', by Alberto Villoldo and he suggests doing it in near darkness, like Illumniation says, with a candle and looking into your left eye I think, raher than looking at your actual face and you will see all your previous incarnations - they flit past very fast and then stop at the important one for you at present - i think it has something to do with the lessons you're going thru, but not sure why it stops at a certain one. You should also see animal faces mixed in among the human ones! I did it when I read his book and found it amazing and I do it by accident sometimes when i got o the bathroom late at night and use the street lights instead of turning the bathroom light on. The book is great by the way. Hope this helps.

It makes sense that it most likely is past life selves because all the faces felt like my own.

I will try the candel in the mirror as well. And Tammy i never though of that. I could be talking with past life issuses, and those faces were the lives I came upon these issuses.

I also bellieve you are looking at past selves...perhaps because you were working through a tough day, hashing it put with yourself, parts of the day were repeats of issues you have had in past lives. Your selves were coming forth to bring this to your present memory?
I am going to try the exercise you gave, Illumination, I think this may help me!

I have seen the same Elderly Native American Woman's face every time I have been in session with her. Actually we had a session this morning and I saw her again which makes about the fifth time. When my friend held up her hand, SHE saw this woman's hand and I saw purple sparks. They are friends and work together on the Earth grid, and this woman elder is on an actual portal on our farm property and is beginning to talk to me directly.

I think this is just another way we are actually SEEING how we are ACTUALLY becoming 'multidimensional'. Its not just a metaphor, its real.

You are seeing your past. Lives you lived.

You can also do this with a person where you will see them appear the way they did in previous lives when you were together. You will also feel emotions telling you in what way you were connected.

This can be interesting but you have to remain in observer mode. The moment you lose your calm you also lose your clarity so if you feel upset, give it a rest. It's not important but is is interesting.
