Yeah that IS funny ROFLMAO.

 Its good to laugh and see the funny in what we do too because really. Laughing is good energy. Its like jogging on the inside. And what we do will one day be common.

In some reiki experiments I found that laughing increases good healing energy by about 300% in one single laugh.

 

We are going to deal with our stuff either way. When we laugh its just so much lighter and easier.

We have a group called Third eye, one of our "exercises" is to put a candle next to someone in a dark room and look with our spiritual eye.  We see many past lives come forward.  Once I saw a man and his head fell off, I didn't say anything but the young man sitting next to me shouted "Oh Dude you have no head".

It is interesting and we learn from each other.

I have done this before, just my face was not human. First when I looked I was myself. The next day i saw a dragon. The next day I saw a wolf with wize gazing bronze eyes that seemed to dig into my own. an the last day I resembled something that looked It from the five children and It. After that i never saw those faces again. Except sometimes I see myself with those kind bronze eyes. Some nights I dream of riding on a dragon. (as well as thinking I have reincarnated from one) some nights I dream I am running with wolves across a wide empty plane. And other nights I dream I'm sitting on a large beach talking to It.

I found it all very strange, and now consider all of these creatures my friends and allies.

I tried this the other night. What I felt and saw was the past of my present life, area,s where it needed a smile, a healing lift, a loving embrace, some youthful exuberance.

Other than that I noticed I needed a shave, :)

Nice tip Carolyn, you are right, dusk and dawn are best, sunlight tends to make it harder to see, and my tired eyes get fuzzy as the day goes on :)

Gosh you guys made me miss some of my best moments in the bush here in Africa.

 

When I find an old dry tree root I take it to the camping spot and build my whole camp-fire around it. At the end of the meal we would lay flat on our backs with something propped under our heads and we would lie and soft gaze into the huge coal that was once a root, exposed when all the ashes fell away.

It appears like a large fiery planet with flickers of flame leaping over the survace every once in a while.

The best meditation time.
