Creating a Healthy Holistic Life
Most of us never experience the difference between surviving and thriving each day. We are never taught how to create our own life...not the life of our parents, family or friends want for them- but our own life.
Their are many ways to creating and living a healthy holistic lifestyle - here are 5 steps to consider.
One: Know what you want. Sounds almost too simple but the vast majority of people go through life without a divine purpose.
Instead of a life aim they bump along a path without a clear destination, merely wishing, hoping or following the crowd.
Two: Create a Burning desire to live the life you want to live…to have in the Now the happiness and peace of mind you long for. Only a small percentage of people search deep within their soul for their purpose for being born from spirit into this physical life.
Those that do however can then turn their purpose into a burning desire. A burning desire to do something, and be something is the starting point from which the searcher takes off. For without a burning, almost searing desire the mind has nothing to fuel its journey to success.
Three: Accept the gift you have been given. You have to believe and know deep within you, that you have been given a magical gift from God. The ability to create the life you desire.
Four: Visualize what you want. The ability to think and then visualize it is the spiritual side of us. Mankind alone has the ability to create his life. Everything else on this planet must live within the structure they were created with from God.
Five: Decide and Act. Only a few of us are able to take the last two critical steps to creating and then living the life we want. They achieve it by (1) making decisions and (2) overcoming fears by taking action to achieve their desires.
These are the ones that live a balanced holistic life. They create their own happiness, health, spiritual, and financial abundance in life.
