Great Herbs for Asthma

There are lots of great herbs for Asthma that will keep you away from all the toxic chemicals that doctors want to give you.

Here is a great list of different herbs for Asthma.

Bishops Weed opens up bronchial passages working as a good vasodilator… and it does not have any effect on your adrenal glands like other chemical drugs do!

Lobelia Herb also works well as a great vasodilator… working faster than Bishops Weed… and again no effect on your adrenals.

Turmeric again helps… one of the great herbs of all time… working against inflammation, thus making it great for asthma.

Grindelia is a great antispasmodic herb making it wonderful for constriction and spasms of the airways… also a great expectorant too!

Skullcap is a good antihistamine making it great for asthma and other bronchiole conditions.

Ginkgo Biloba helps with asthma and also gets rid of sensitivity of the trachea and bronchial.

Quercetin is a great bioflavonoid that works well to stop inflammation and allergic responses.

Honeysuckle is a very good anti-inflammatory agent and also works well for bronchial spasms.

Licorice Root is a wonderful anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and good antispasmodic agent also.

Nettle is a good anti-inflammatory and will boost up your immune system at the same time!

Linden Flowers also lower inflammation and calms down the respiratory system.

Milk Thistle has components that will prevent histamine release and thus prevent asthma.

And one of my favorite remedies is a mixture of Astragalus Root, Slippery Elm, and Charcoal powder – this calms down the GI tract which causes silent gastric reflux which is one of the major causes of asthma… and also strengthens the lungs.
