An herb that I like a lot is Lapacho which is a wood that is sold in the markets here in PR and in health food stores in the US. I usually take a few pieces and place them in a pitcher of water and let them infuse the water creating an invigorating cold drink. Lapacho stimulates the immune system and helps with almost any kind of infection you can think of from bacterial, viral, and even fungus such as ringworm. Lapacho is also anti-inflammatory in action and anti-cancer too. Works well for inflammation of the GI tract, urinary bladder, and prostate.
