It's the demand for it that propogates the greedy desire to make money from it. Again, sad...

In actuality they are being used to divert the public's attention from the fact that the government who sent them is using them as a scapegoat. Yes, I've also heard that the three-letter agencies are behind much of these drug cartels, using the profits to fund further "black-ops". Sad.

in other countries? Who gave them the right? My guess is the US Goverment

is trying to gain control of the drug cartel, just like they tried to do in Viet

The real reason is because the CIA is doing the importing. I mean if you look at the numbers, the amount consumed in the united states, there's no way it is imported by small planes or boats. We're talking thousands of tons, which means cargo planes or large ships. But since those are closely monitored, the quesiton is "How comes so much gets in without getting caught by our very expensive war on drugs apparatus?" It's not because it's an US agency caught plenty of times doing just that. No. It's because they have subs! Yep! That's it! Subs!
