Eckhart's second video and the Zen one did it for me. Its great to find a little practical tool or way to think that can get one back to the present now.

Ahh a smorgasbord of videos all saying what Echart't first video said.If all subjects were done.this way ww would all get it.we all need different people explaining something to get rhe message.interesting how me working on things to make sense of how I see thing that are in sync in my path everyday.Getting The.EFT movie and watching it today he reminded me that.EFT only works well it your Tapping on what in front.of you now ,Tapping on.future events will waste time. Tap on todays stuff today.tap on.tomorrows stuff when tomorrow becomes today.Duh!
