Ah, beloved one, I greet you this day with warm hugs and flowing love.

I AM Raphael, Angel of Healing and Transmutation. I come to you this day to remind you of a fundamental dynamic that you may have perhaps lost track of in your life. That fundamental is receiving. What was once a completely natural way of moving energy for you became something that was only practiced on specific occasions, and even then only for receiving negative energies because that's all you felt that you deserved!

So, what's the big deal about receiving you ask. Well dear one, when is the last time that you allowed yourself to truly receive the infinite energies around you? When is the last time you opened up your heart to infinite love and compassion without wondering if there's a string attached somewhere? When is the last time that someone gave you a gift and you thought to yourself, "I wonder what they want in return, what will they ask of me that I don't wish to do?"


This then, gives you an idea of how you truly feel about receiving. And dear one, how you feel about receiving is what will determine what energies come to you in your life, how they manifest and in what form, and how your life will flow.

Take a moment now and simply breathe deeply and evenly, feeling the breath enter your body and fill your lungs. Your body is actually quite gifted at receiving, for you receive with every breath that you take in. And yet, how is it that you are not so good at receiving love and support, compassion and abundance?

What makes the difference in these energies of receiving, for all energy is simply energy. What makes it easy for your body to receive the breath and yet you are not so comfortable at receiving the love and support that others would like to give to you? How did it become so much easier for you to receive the harsh words from others, the judgments and the criticisms, the negativity that flows so easily in this world of yours?

Dear one, I acknowledge that you have lifetimes of experiences of others stealing your energy when you allow them to get close. I acknowledge that you have lifetimes of experiences of having your wealth and abundance stolen from you by those you have trusted and allowed to be close to you. I acknowledge that you have lifetimes of abuses done to you by others and so, over time, you have built up layers upon layers of distrust of receiving in various forms because of past experiences. All of which have combined to give you a deep distrust of receiving anything that might make you a target for others.

That was then and this is now dear one. For those negative energies that have been buried so deeply in this earth and layered upon the humans who exist on the surface are now, for the most part, transmuted and released for all time! Oh, there are those humans who will continue to have those experiences of distrust and abuse of themselves and others. Yet, this is not what you need to experience in your own life any longer.

You can choose to now practice receiving. Receiving without judgment. Receiving without definition and limitation. Receiving without resistance and reaction. Receiving simply because you can and you choose to do so, because you are a divine human and it is your divine birthright to do so.

Receiving because it's only energy and it's how you interpret and define that energy, what you believe about that energy, that makes it one thing or another.

And when you can give yourself permission to live your life receiving all energies in the same way that you are able to receive the very breath of life in your body, then you will find that all things come to you in an easy, peaceful way. For when you resist what you are receiving, then this also keeps away those energies that are waiting to serve you in every way and in every area of your life! And when you resist you are making a neutral energy into something else that may not serve you at all!

Each day give yourself time to breathe deeply, to sit quietly and be in your safe and sacred I AM space. And while in that space, give yourself permission to receive whatever energies come to you in that moment, without judgment, without resistance, without trying to analyze. Practice receiving without trying to figure out just what it is that is flowing to you. Become comfortable receiving and when you find that you are resisting in some way, settle yourself down again with the breath and then begin again.

Receiving all the energies that make up your divine life is your divine birthright. And dear one, right now, in this very moment, there are infinite energies that want to come play with you, that want to share your life and be the wind under your wings in how you express your grand divinity in this life. Will you give yourself permission to receive them?

Remember that you are so dearly loved, always. And you are never alone!

I AM Raphael and it is a delight to share this moment with you. Breathe deeply of your own divinity and be at peace, for all is well with your soul.
