Sit close to someone you know. Now both of you look deep into each others eyes and without saying a word see the little boy or girl inside, the one that came out of the womb as perfection.
Now take a deeper look and see how that little boy or girl learned ways of protecting him self... ways that are not always loving... but the only way he or she knew how to be.
Now with your eyes and no words acknowledge the beauty you see in that child.
And now acknowledge your own beautiful child within.
