"The Relaxed Soul Cares for the Child"
What is your first response to looking inward with meditation? Is it a feeling of dread and terror?
Or are you filled with a feeling of love, compassion, and yearning to understand?
Most people find that when they are asked to look within a feeling of terror takes over. This comes about because as children our emotions are not looked upon as something nice by our parents --- we were told to stop crying, be quite, sit still, and be strong, and so we learn to suppress our emotions and start feeling bad about ourselves unconsciously.
No wonder we are afraid to look within! Now is the time to find the god within God and find the greatness that we are as God's child and feel accepted.
"Oh God, I will look within and find my love for me and all of YOU"
