Every day there are challenges, someone gets sick, someone dies, and businesses go under and on and on. Do you really think you can find peace here? The only true peace you will find in meditation. It's kind of like going to college and your father tells you that no matter what people do they cannot take away your knowledge. Well the same goes for being at peace, no matter what life brings you, you will always find peace within. Detach from the world into the bliss of God in deep meditation.
