The Relaxed Soul on “Finding the True Self - Finding Peace”

Take a minute to find peace, to find your true self.

Go down into your heart and see white light all around your heart and in your heart.

Bring the white light up your spine into your head.

Just feel,

don’t think,

leave a void that only the true self can fill.

For the true self is behind all thinking,

Behind all action,

Behind deep sleep,

Behind every waking moment,

You need not do anything to find the true self,

to find peace.

For the Kingdom of Heaven is Within!
