The Relaxed Soul on Prayer

Prayer is communicating, but most of all understanding that everyone and everything exists within the realm of self… for all is within the ONE.

That there is only ONE and everything is part of the ONE.

And when you pray to God, to Jesus, to Buddha, to Krishna, and Angels, you are praying to them... and also to the one within the one--THE SELF.

For they all exist within you... for you are the Holy Grail, you are the one, and that which you bring forth will be there for you... and that which you hold back will negate your being.

So talk to THAT, talk to Sai Baba, Talk to Jesus... they reside in your heart!

Share everything your heart holds, and let your love flow... be in gratitude... and greatness will flow in your direction.

A disciple sat down by his Guru and the Guru said, "Throw a Pebble in the Pond" and the disciple did.

And the Guru said, "Now put your hand in the water and stop the ripples" and the disciple did… but he was not able to stop the ripples, he only created more."

When we pray, contemplate, meditate, we listen with our heart... thus we decide if we want to throw the pebble or not.

And when we pray we feel more at peace, thus we stop the ripples.
