Have you ever wondered why your body doesn’t seem to respond to supplements, medicines, or even diets the way other people do? Have you ever been baffled by why you developed a certain symptom or illness since the timing or type of ailment doesn’t seem to fit?
Although our health care system is SLOWLY moving in the direction of more customized and individual “medicine” and practices, we aren’t there yet. So, for people with unusually high frequencies or “gifts,” the current approaches to health and wellness can be even more frustrating, ineffective, and confusing. After decades of personal and professional experience, as well as interviewing many hundreds of people with intuitive, empathic, and other frequency gifts, we share some common complaints or concerns they have reported regarding their health and wellness-- as well as some common and uncommon tips that seem to work for those of higher frequency.
TIP: Your particular body is programmed to protect you. Your body sees the substance as an “invader,” and therefore “defends” your system by kicking it out. Your body is likely to respond positively if you build up to the suggested intake or dose over a 3-5 day period of time. In addition, supplements from whole food sources (rather than synthetic or overly processed) do seem to make a difference for the gifted body and be much more easily tolerated and integrated.
TIP: Most gifted individuals suffer from or are prone to hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid) and even Hashimoto’s Disease, the extreme form of hypothyroidism The human thyroid/endocrine system is not yet accustomed to the range and intensity of frequencies that gifted individuals pick up, especially in our changing times. So, if conventional approaches to weight loss, energy, and metabolism don’t work for you, your thyroid and/or adrenals are probably exhausted. There are many natural ways to care for your thyroid. Please note that certain "healthy" foods and cruciferous vegetables if eaten uncooked actually SLOW the thyroid even more, including: broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, radishes, soybeans, peanuts, pine nuts, peaches and millet. It’s also helpful to limit sugars, wheat, refined/processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, GMO (genetically modified) foods, and soy/tofu, which raises estrogen levels in both women and men and can further inhibit fat and calorie burning. Using spices like cayenne pepper and turmeric, as well as ingredients like iodine and apple cider vinegar, can also help boost the metabolism and aid disrupted thyroid function.
TIP: Turmeric has long been accepted as an anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, and detox tool. For whatever reason, the bodies of gifted individuals seem to benefit from turmeric even more quickly, effectively, and intensely. It appears to build and cleanse their blood and allow healing frequencies to work fast. As with any substance, your body will respond best if you build up the dose gradually. So, begin by taking 250mg in spice, liquid, or pill form for 3-5 days. Then take 500mg daily.
TIP: Many gifted individuals are sensitive to or allergic to gluten (the protein found in wheat), dairy, and/or sugar. Eating these foods aggravates the system and may cause symptoms including inflammation, rashes, bloating, and/or congestion. Unlike in most people, probiotics in the gifted body can make symptoms worse. So, we suggest eliminating dairy for 3 days and adding it back in on day 4. Notice any changes. Repeat the same “elimination experiment” with each suspected allergen one at a time, including any probiotic supplements.
TIP: What you are probably hearing as a gifted individual is an “activation” frequency that is upgrading and/or reprogramming your DNA with information necessary to prepare you for the times ahead, and for your role in them. Notice when the buzzing occurs, particularly your emotional state, events, or thoughts. It may be annoying, but the buzzing is truly a gift for only certain people and is meant to serve and prepare you.
TIP: Your frequencies are intense and all over the map, potentially even causing headaches and other disruptions in the people and equipment around you. In addition to accepting that this is just “your power,” spending time in water (preferably baths, pools, lakes, etc.); grounding yourself in nature; and getting lost in movies, music, or activities with pets or loved ones will help temper the side effects of being a “super-charged” human…
Most importantly, you must USE YOUR ENERGY-- so that it doesn’t get internalized and further damage your own system in the form of illness or depression. Whether you expend the energy in physical activity or in the form of intention to help others heal and progress, the energy you feel (especially when you are around others who need it or when you are in “your zone,”) must be used. If not, you run the risk that it will make you more symptomatic, prone to illness, or debilitated mentally and physically. As you expend that energy consistently, you’ll find that you are still aware of-- but less compromised by-- weather changes; global or cosmic fluctuations; other people’s illnesses and maladies; EMF disruptions; noises; as well as food and chemical toxins. Since we are energetic beings, it’s quite evident that the universe wants you to use your energies and frequencies in a positive way, and will make life much more comfortable and enjoyable for your body when you do!
