I also am about and hour or so from the center  point, I heard a rumble in the air and the ground shaking for about 30-45 seconds. I did not have fear about me and calmly walked out side the building I was in. I was in the moment and embraced mother earth energery!

I was asleep in my recliner in West Chester PA--the moving of the recliner awakened me--I looked over to see a swivel rocker rocking on its own and thought--probably an earth quake and went back to sleep.  After having lived in Calif many years ago, I'm kinda used to earth quakes.  I'm just glad that no one was seriously hurt.  Love and Light, always, Dot

I'm in London, Ontario, but I didn't notice the quake.Someone told me about it about an hour later.

My husband's work building swayed in Indianapolis but I didn't feel it at home.  He works in a federal building that has three sub floor thus why I think he felt it. He said, he was dizzy things moving around and me nothing, guess I napped through the whole thing.

sitting in my living room, in Virginia, the house swayed, and the ground moved, although my feet was on the floor and not the ground. I had never experienced anything like that before. I wonder how many thanked God that is was not worst than it was. I know that I did.

I live about 40 miles from where the earthquake originated... it was one of the most intense experience...we all initially thought it was coming from Quantico, but then the sound and shaking didn't stop! We had no cell service for about an hour. There was no way to hear how my kids were or how far reaching it was, or if there were any injuries. Thank God there weren't. I remember at one point realizing that this was something bigger than an earthquake and recognizing that we are part of such a large overall plan, and wondering what the dance between the was... It seems like overall the damage was minimal. Some folks that I know have gas leaks, and we all had things fall off the walls and break, etc...  for me, it was more of a recognition of the larger picture... pretty amazing...

Surreal to be sitting at your desk in NYC ...floors, desk and chair vibrating ...but had experienced
mild tremors years ago while in L.A...so felt it was a mild earthquake. We were fortunate that it
wasn't worse....still a little fuzzy 7 hours later.

Attached ECETI news, James Gilliland, e-mail re earthquakes there at same time.  Also Colorado had 10, broke over 40 year record.

Wash State - four booms from north to south, PNSN for the NW confirms an event . Not sure If USGS is still open to public

CNN reported&#65279; 2 reactors have been taken offline!
