THIRD EYE MEDITATION:

This is a meditation song I composed to help open your "Third Eye".

INSTRUCTIONS:
Lay down on your bed, make sure the room your in is quiet and dark. {I prefer to do this at night before going to bed}

Deep breath, relax...

Close your eyes and gaze up at your third eye.

Listen to the low frequency and imagine it vibrating through your body.

Imagine the OM's Vibrating out from your third eye down your spine and caressing your body.

NOTE: Your heart may start to race once u feel the vibrations resonating out from your third eye or feel like your spinning. Just stay calm and breath!

If it fails keep trying.
