I have seen with two witnesses a being with wings that materilized from somwhere and dematerialized in front of our eyes. It is in my book Calling UFO's - A True Story.

The being dematerialized in the form of a cloud that appeared in front of him, going from the soil up, geting the hight of about two meters and diameter of about 1 meter. I will neve ever forget that event, because I prayed to God to send somebody that my friend Savo an see that I was telling him the truth about my 250 encounters with UFO's for 25 years.

I just want to say something about may human perceptions about "Angels" 

having "wings".... They are not bird people. People who have had the clair-

voyance to see these higher dimensional beings are really seeing the energy

flow in their auras. There are no wings, and more importantly, no NEED for

wings as they travel at the speed of thought.

I would keep my ears and eyes open to happenings in this area.  Has any earthquake hit since this footage?  OR  Is something about to take place?... as Mothman sightings usually signal an event to come.  Keep an eye on this.

What we are seing here is a bug. It's wings are reflecting UV illumination light into the lens and it gives the appearance that the entire area is being lit up. It is just circumstance that has three kids running into the apparent area moments later.

Consider the "bravery" of children. How many do you know that would run into an area where something spooky happened?

Great story and footage, I guess there are numerous possibilities to what it could be. i believe the types of beings throughout dimensional time are in the billions.

I thought it did look very angelic however.

I remember the Mothman diaries....something about it reminds me of the 

Draconian Race... they are were NOT of Service to others.... always felt

their announcements of some event always lead to a tragedy and that they

really didn't care one way or another.
